Your Generated Content
You retain full ownership rights to the images, sprites, and assets you generate using our Service ("User Content").
- Private Content: Content generated under a paid subscription with "Private" visibility selected remains confidential and will not be used by us for promotional purposes.
- Public Content: By generating content with "Public" visibility (default for Free Tier), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
3. User Representations
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (3) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (4) you will not access the Service through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (5) you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Payment and Credits
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.
- Credits: Credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refunds: All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Using the Service to generate content that is pornographic, hateful, violent, or otherwise illegal.
- Attempting to bypass any measures of the Service designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service, or any portion of the Service.
